SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their learning management needs and objectives.

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors LMS modules for clients.

• Provide expert advice on best practices for leveraging SuccessFactors LMS to achieve learning goals.

• Design and deliver customized training sessions and documentation for client end-users and administrators.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SuccessFactors LMS.

• Ensure that integrations between SuccessFactors LMS and other systems are seamless and meet client requirements.

• Continuously analyze and optimize systems to improve efficiency and user experience.

• Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors LMS features and enhancements.

• Assist in Change Management processes and provide ongoing support post-implementation warranty period.

• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS modules with proven experience as a consultant or specialist in SuccessFactors LMS implementation and support.  

• Valid SAP Certified Associate - Implementation Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors Learning is preferred

• Experience in working with cloud-based HR solutions and integrating them with other HR and IT systems.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and manage client relationships effectively.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
