Secretary

Key of Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and records

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.)

  • Attend meetings and take accurate minutes

  • Maintain a filing system for data and confidential documents

  • Coordinate and support office events, meetings, and activities

  • Monitor and replenish office supplies

  • Act as a liaison between departments and external parties

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Secretary, Business Administration, Office Management, or related field is preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support or secretarial role

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • High proficiency in English both oral and written

  • Fluent in Mandarin (have HSK - Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi certification) will be preferable

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information

  • Attention to detail and have good problem-solving skills
