Security & IT Ops Manager

KoinWorks is looking for Security and IT Ops Manager to develop and maintain the information security policy and accompanying standards, procedures and guidance as per regulated and ensure the data security.

What youll do

  • To develop and deliver a program of planned compliance reviews and ensure any gaps are addressed

  • To investigate suspected and actual security incidents in accordance with the security incident management standard, produce reports with recommendations and ensure any remedial action is taken 

  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop relationships to help promote and improve information security and provide security advice on procurements, projects and new initiatives as required. 

  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure the safety of our network connection, data access.

  • Work with external stakeholders ie ISO, OJK and other regulators on data security and governance

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud services, and endpoint systems.

  • Oversee IT service management (ITSM), help desk, and incident/problem resolution processes.

  • Ensure systems availability, performance, and scalability across all departments.

Requirement

  • Degree in Information Technology or related studies

  • Substantial work experience in related field; experience in banking and/other financial institution would be an advantage

  •  Understanding of, and practical experience of applying the Data Protection Act and other related standards and codes of practice

  • A good working knowledge of information security including ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management Standard  

  • Ability to influence at senior levels on matters relating to security and information risk  

  • Good verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels

  • Positive attitude towards learning and development demonstrated by a record of continuing professional development
