Security System Manager

What youll be doing

• Assesses and enhances the security posture of organizations by identifying vulnerabilities, recommending solutions, and ensuring compliance with security regulations and industry standards, aiming to create a safe and secure environment.

• Provides expert advice and recommendations to Company and Clients on security matters, focusing on protecting people, assets, and information from various threats.

• Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and strategies based on Nasional and International Standard to protect the companys properties and personnel.

• Create & develop security system including SOP, Work Instruction, Performance Management System for security services and personnel for Company and Clients.

• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks

• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure effective coordination and response

• Maintain detailed records and documentation of security incidents and activities

• Continuously review and improve security protocols and procedures to ensure they remain effective and up-to-date

• Provide reports and recommendations to senior management on security-related matters

What were looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Security Advisor, Security System manager, Security Manager, or in a similar senior security role

• Thorough understanding of security best practices, risk management, and regulatory requirements

• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address security challenges

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders

• Familiarity with security technology and systems, such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems

• Relevant security certifications or training are highly desirable
