Qualifications & experience

• University degree, preferably in Marketing (with digital focus).
• Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing with the ability to write and proofread content.
• Team player with the confidence and integrity to earn vendor and internal team confidence quickly.
• Strong passion for and knowledge of technology and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Kenshoo, Google 360 or any other bid management tool.
• Experience with web analytics software such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau or other analytics tools. 
• Experience in implementing marketing programs across multiple digital marketing channels including PPC.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Proven knowledge and expertise in Paid Search acquisition (search, programmatic, content) tactics and best practices, include leveraging customer insights to drive online sales & channel growth.
• Manage paid search campaign to achieve significant lift in targeted metrics.
• Drive efficiency with a thorough understanding of measurement tools, attribution models, audience segmentation, and marketing funnel.
• Analyze performance data, identify patterns and plan for scaling the campaigns.
• Analyze website traffic and build experiments for conversion rate optimization.
• Research, assess, and implement best and emerging industry practices.
• Manage weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting with established dashboard & pacing files.
• Deliver Ad-hoc report request from stakeholders for specific campaigns.
