Senior Account Manager

About the role

As a Senior Account Manager at PT. Global Infotech Solution, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within our diverse client portfolio. This is a full-time position based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and strengthening strategic partnerships with our most valuable customers.

What youll be doing

• Proactively manage and grow assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

• Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organisations

• Understand client needs and objectives, and develop tailored solutions to address their pain points

• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in sales, delivery, and support to provide an exceptional customer experience

• Identify and capitalise on opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and account expansion

• Provide regular updates on account performance and pipeline to the sales leadership team

• Contribute to the development of the companys sales strategy and best practices

What were looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior account management role, preferably in the technology or professional services industry

• Has strong knowledge about Cybersecurity product or solution

• Proven track record of managing and growing strategic client accounts

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Proficient in business acumen and financial analysis to drive revenue growth and profitability
