Senior Accounting and Tax

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a company that brings over 15 years of experience in mining exports, with established trade across several countries.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including general ledger, financial statements, and reconciliations
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings (monthly, quarterly, annual) in compliance with Indonesian regulations
• Handle accounting and documentation related to export and import transactions
• Monitor and implement updates to tax laws and accounting standards relevant to the business
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government agencies as needed
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial operations and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with financial policies and procedures

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and export-import operations
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and international trade accounting
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Brevet A or B certification is not required, but considered an advantage
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in trading and export-oriented industries is preferred
