Senior Business Analyst

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from multiple business units (lending, funding, treasury, risk management, collection, leasing).
• Translate business needs into Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and clear user stories.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions for business processes and system requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across divisions, including business users, product owners, project managers, vendors, and IT development teams.
• Ensure solutions comply with OJK, BI, and industry regulations and standards.
• Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, assisting users, and ensuring results meet requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in banking or multifinance domains (e.g., credit, financing, collection, risk, compliance).
• Contribute to the development of system roadmaps, digitalization initiatives, and business process transformation.
• Monitor project progress, provide status updates to stakeholders, and identify risks and issues that may affect implementation.
• Mentor and transfer knowledge to junior analysts on best practices in business analysis.

• 4+ years of experience as BA in banking industry / multifinance
• Experience in identifying and documenting users business/functional needs
• Strong analysis skills comprising demonstrable experience of all aspects of analysis such as business process modelling, use cases/user story writing, data modelling
• Experience of working with waterfall (mandatory) and agile (optional) methodology
• Experience in Core Banking and/or other Core system such as: Mobile Banking, Treasury, etc.)
• Excellence written and verbal communication
• Flexible - keen to learn new technologies and to extend business domain knowledge
