About the role

Bizom, a leading provider of sales automation solutions, is seeking a talented and driven Senior Business Development professional to join our team in Jakarta. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth and expanding our client base within the Indonesian market.

What youll be doing

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges, and present Bizoms solutions as the ideal fit
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new business
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and implementation teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Bizoms products, services, and industry trends to position the company as a trusted advisor
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic account management and effective negotiation
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and campaigns to drive long-term business growth
  • What were looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the software or technology industry
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage and influence decision-makers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to understand client needs and tailor solutions
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
