Senior Engineer (PLTS handled)

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy

• 3 years of experience as Engineering in EPC company or Solar Power Industry

• Familiar with national and international electrical standards (IEC, IEEE, SPLN, PUIL, SNI)

• Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel & Word), AutoCAD, Helioscope, PVSyst, with knowledge Energy Conversion and Electrical Power Systems

• Willingness to be placed on project sites (both local and out-of-town)

• Capable of performing job volume calculations, material assessments, and preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

• Demonstrates leadership skills, good communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, high initiative, and ability to work in a team

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the technical planning, feasibility studies, and engineering design for utility-scale solar power projects

• Review and validate system designs, including PV system layout, electrical schematics, and single-line diagrams to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards

• Supervise and coordinate site surveys, geotechnical investigations, and topographical assessments for project development

• Provide technical support during procurement, installation, testing, integration, and commissioning of solar PV systems

• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines and budgets

• Mentor and guide field engineers, junior staff, and subcontractors, promoting knowledge-sharing and engineering excellence

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues arising during design, construction, and operational phases
