We Are Looking For

The Senior Finance Executive will play a crucial role in managing the Perusahaan's financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all finance functions.

This Posisi will oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, cash flow management, tax accounting, and support audit requirements, while also contributing to strategic financial planning.

To succeed in this role, you should have extensive knowledge and experience in Account Payable and Account Receivable and strong sense and interest in treasury, banking relationship, and banking document.

Job Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and process invoices for payment
• Payment Scheduling: Schedule and execute timely payments to vendors and suppliers
• Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
• Communication: Liaise with vendors regarding payment inquiries and issues
• Reporting: Generate AP reports for management review and analysis

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Invoice Generation: Prepare Sales Invoice with VAT
• Payment Collection: Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment
• Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable balances and resolve discrepancies
• Cash Application: Apply cash payments accurately to customer accounts
• Credit Management: Assess customer creditworthiness and manage credit limits
• Reporting: Prepare AR aging reports and other financial reports for analysis
• Customer Communication: Maintain communication with customers regarding their accounts and payment terms

Banking and Cash Flow Management:

• Forecast: create cash monthly cash flow forecast
• Processing other payments on time: BPJS, monthly Tax, TD Placement
• Manage Forex Transaction: ensure sufficiency of daily liquidity by currency and make recommendations for forex exchange
• Liaise with banking: have good relation with Banking representative
• Banking Loan: provide data as required by the bank.
• Processing other payments on time: BPJS, monthly Tax, TD Placement

Tax

• Tax Payment: Process monthly tax payment and ensure tax consultant reported on time
• Responsible for tax accounting: calculate all kind taxes (VAT in /Out, WHT) and check with tax consultants
• Create tax reconciliation: for all kind taxes (VAT In/Out, WHT)
• Collect Prepaid Bukti Potong PPH 23

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar role managing Account Payable and Account Receivable
• Applicants coming from Data Centre, Construction or IT related organizations are highly desirable
• Experienced in treasury, forging and maintaining banking relationship as well as handling banking documents
• Experienced in analyzing Commercial business process mechanism
• Proficient in Oracle and Microsoft Office
• Having good knowledge on Tax, especially VAT/WHT
