About the Role Were seeking an experienced Senior Hiring Manager (Recruiter) to drive end-to-end hiring across different roles. Youll take ownership of sourcing, screening, and managing candidates, while partnering with hiring managers to ensure we bring in the best talent.

• Source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn and other networks

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting, screening, interviews, and offers

• Assess candidate suitability and filter strictly against requirements

• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job profiles and hiring strategies

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

• Handle negotiations and ensure a smooth candidate journey

• 3+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency)

• Proven ability to find and close top candidates in competitive markets

• Strong screening and evaluation skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

• Fluent in English, written and spoken

• Experience hiring in international or multicultural teams

• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics
