• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1-4 years of full-time experience in performance marketing, KOL/influencer management, or digital marketing preferably in a startup, beauty, or consumer goods environment.
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end KOL campaigns and paid media strategies (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms).
• Strong analytical skills, able to interpret campaign data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Solid experience in negotiating and maintaining influencer or agency partnerships.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Able to think both strategically and tactically in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
• Hardworking, highly initiative-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, small team setting.
• English proficiency is a plus, especially for working with influencers or partners.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for both KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and performance marketing that align with overall business goals.
• Set clear KPIs, targeting strategies, and benchmarks to measure campaign success.
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns from start to finish — including creative approvals, scheduling, and budgeting — to ensure they meet performance objectives.
• Manage and grow influencer relationships, including negotiation, onboarding, and building long-term partnerships with high-impact KOLs and agencies.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Own the marketing budget for KOL and paid media activities, ensuring optimal allocation and spending.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, delegating tasks and overseeing workload distribution to drive execution and growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, creative, and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with brand goals, promotions, and product launches.
• Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and agencies to amplify campaign reach and efficiency.
• Ensure that paid strategies are aligned with the brand calendar and key business moments.
