We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager who can turn ideas into action — someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, manages multiple campaigns with precision, and ensures every creative asset and campaign drives measurable results.

• Lead and coordinate marketing campaigns across digital channels (social, paid ads, email, and websites).
• Manage the production of creative assets — from concept to delivery — ensuring all materials are high‑quality and on‑brand.
• Work directly with media buyers, copywriters, designers, and video editors to deliver campaigns on time.
• Track and report performance metrics, helping optimise future campaigns for ROI.
• Manage simple integrations between CRM systems and ad platforms.
• Support the launch of marketing initiatives for real estate and lifestyle projects.

• 2+ years of experience in marketing project management, campaign coordination, or digital marketing operations.
• Confident managing creatives, agencies, and freelancers.
• Skilled at organising workflows, setting timelines, and ensuring delivery under pressure.
• Understands paid social, email marketing, landing pages, and lead generation.
• Data‑driven with strong communication and follow‑through.
• Fluent in English (required).
• Based in Bali or able to work remotely in the same time zone.
• Bonus: Familiar with CRM tools (Kommo, GoHighLevel, HubSpot) and marketing automations.
• Indonesian or Russian‑speaking candidates with fluent English are highly encouraged to apply.
