• Handling end-to-end litigation matters for the company with respect to civil lawsuits or criminal reports filed by the company against the counterparties in various forums.
• Reviewing documents, conducting research and accordingly providing the legal strategy and opinion for superior and/or the companys management.
• Ensuring effective litigation management of all cases - timely filing of cases and monitoring their progress, and provide timely updates to the relevant leaders of division.
• Analysing legal notices and ensuring timely and appropriate responses thereto.
• Providing extensive briefing of and co-ordination with external counsels.
• Attending police summons or court proceedings and coordinating for filing of all representation and submissions thereto.
• Drafting various documents as may be required in the course of work.
• Providing update to superior and/or companys management periodically.
• Maintaining proper filing of documents for each case handled.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Law, with a GPA minimum of 3.00.
• 4+ working experiences, with minimum 2 years experiences working in law firm.
• Having licensed as an advocate is preferable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Effective drafting and negotiation skills.
