Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

KNOTS is looking for a driven and creative marketing lead to take our brand to the next level. Youll be in charge of :

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote KNOTS and drive business growth

• Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional advertising

• Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions and identify new opportunities

• Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and digital, to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience

• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, optimising strategies based on data-driven insights

• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and implement innovative solutions to enhance the brands visibility and engagement

What were looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth

• Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to inform marketing decisions

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present ideas to senior leadership

• Familiarity with the latest digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and marketing automation tools

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Based in Jakarta
