Senior Product Designer

As a Product Designer for Blibli, you will create the next generation of user experience interaction vision between Blibli platform and Customers. You will work side-by-side with product managers, researchers, engineers, design technologists to give form to early ideas, and then bring those ideas to the finish line. The role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and thinking big about how we can make the customer shopping experience across online and in-store retail easy and delightful. As a Senior Product Designer, you will a single-contributor great opportunity to lead people while still delivering detailed designs.

Job Descriptions:

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to arrive at simple and intuitive solutions.
• Identify the right creative process and deliverables in the level of fidelity required for the problem at hand.
• Dive deep on customer pain points and triangulate inputs (quantitative and qualitative data, user and stakeholder feedback, business and technical constraints, etc.) to inform and iterate design solutions.
• Work creatively around difficult business and technical constraints to maintain a high customer experience bar.
• Understand the end-to-end customer journey, the friction points within, and how your proposed solution impacts that path and others.
• Define user interactions, information architecture, and visual language and introduce improved design patterns.
• Partner with UX research to formulate generative and evaluative research studies.
• Communicate complex design concepts and decisions clearly and persuasively across different audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver against role responsibilities, working with minimal guidance and direction in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong online portfolio of past work experience and deliverables, demonstrating samples of your design deliverables (concepts/drawings, user flows/diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes) and product outcomes.
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and flexibility.
• Exceptional interpersonal, motivational communication skills to build trust across teams.
• Good understanding of Scrum methodology and implementation as ways to manage team workflow
• Ability to communicate complex design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences.
• Experience with a variety of design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, InVision, etc.) and knowledge of technologies (e.g., iOS, Android, Web, etc.).
• Proficiency in communicating in English, both written and verbally

• Experience working in the physical/digital space, creating experience for Cart, Checkout or Payment domain and designing accessible solutions.
• Demonstrated history and familiarity with UX research techniques, like conducting usability studies, user interviews, A/B tests, etc.
• Excellent understanding of product metrics, ability to read & translate data into tangible action plan
• Demonstrated good eye in visual design skills.
• Nimble, creative and pragmatic approach that aligns with agile design and development practices
