  1. S1 Pertambangan / Geologi / Teknik Sipil

  2. Min. 15 tahun pengalaman di Pertambangan, minimal 5 Tahun di level Managerial.

  3. Mengusai operasi tambang terbuka & manajemen fleet alat berat.

  4. Berpengalaman dalam perencanaan produksi, budgeting & cost control.

  5. Memiliki kemampuan leadership & decision making yang kuat.

  6. Sertifikasi POP/POM/POU.

  7. Bersedia ditempatkan di Site dengan sistem roster
