Senior Recruitment Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, operational, and executive roles in Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC), mining, and oil & gas.

  • Partner with internal account managers and clients to understand project-based and long-term hiring needs.

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates, including expatriate and site-based personnel.

  • Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates with a strong focus on technical qualifications, certifications, and project experience.

  • Manage and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future client requirements.

  • Prepare and present recruitment reports and insights to management and clients.

  • Ensure compliance with hiring standards, local labor laws, and client-specific requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Psycology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment, with a strong track record in the engineering-construction (EPC), mining, or oil & gas industries.

  • Deep understanding of technical job profiles such as engineers, project managers, HSE officers, and and other roles in related field.

  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry networks.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

  • Having a BNSP certification in HR Recruitment, HR Stsaff/Supervisor is an advantage.

  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS and recruitment reporting tools.
