Overview

Oversee business operations in Indonesia within the Motor Vehicle Industry, focusing on sales performance and market share growth in the assigned territory. Provide support to other regions as directed by the Team Leader.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and strengthen professional relationships with key accounts, prospective clients, and internal stakeholders to drive regional business development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and contact details using designated systems and tools.
  • Conduct market analysis and deliver timely, precise reports to the Team Leader Division, including insights on pricing trends, competitive landscape, product positioning, and the effectiveness of marketing strategies and initiatives within the territory.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling Atlas Copco products or related industrial equipment.
  • Proficient in analytical techniques with strong computer literacy.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a customer-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a results-oriented mindset aligned with divisional goals.
  • Possession of a valid drivers license.
  • Prior knowledge of Atlas Copcos product portfolio is an advantage.
