Senior Software Engineer

• Full WFO, Pulomas, Jakarta Timur
• Lead and contribute to the development of high-quality software solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end systems using Python, .NET, Golang, Node.js, Java, or Ruby.
• Develop interactive and responsive front-end applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or Flutter.
• Implement and manage DevOps practices using Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Configure and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Manage and maintain relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and implement best practices.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues efficiently.

• Minimum Qualifications: Minimum +7 Years experience in software development
• Proven track record in a senior role OR lead developer position
• Proven track record in leading and working on AI projects (value added)
• Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Python, .NET, Golang, Node.js, Java, Ruby
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as frameworks like React, Angular, Vue.js, and Flutter
• Extensive experience with DevOps practices and tools (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI (CI/CD Pipelines)
• Good understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willing to adapt to new technologies and changing requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to mentor and guide other members
