Qualifications:
Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechatronics or similar
5-8years relevant experience
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Software
Preferably multilingual (English, Bahasa Indonesia/Malay, Chinese)
Preferably with auditor training, certification, knowledge and/or experience
Preferably with statistical background and lean/six sigma training, certification, knowledge and/or experience
Preferably with background and/or experience in the metal part and/or plastic part Industries
Special Skills / Knowledge:
Awareness (minimum), training (preferred), and/or certification (preferred) on QMS standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, AIAG, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, UL, NEMA, etc.)
Job Descriptions:
Conduct Supplier Selection (SSAC) audits, Quality Management System (QMS) audits, process reviews, environmental audits, compliance reviews of PCI suppliers
Promptly communicate, drive, analyze, and resolve material quality and supplier issues related to PCI mechanical and electromechanical suppliers
Monitor, develop and improve the quality performance of PCI mechanical and electromechanical suppliers
Work closely with QA, IQC, IPQC, OQC, and various PCI internal functions related to material and supplier concerns on mechanical andelectromechanical suppliers in a timely, efficient and effective manner
Compile regular and ad hoc supplier quality performance reports for internal and external parties (customers, suppliers, auditors, etc.)
