Think: turning messy, unstructured documents into structured, queryable databases with deterministic outputs and full audit trails.

Active design partnerships with major enterprises. Small, senior team building foundational infrastructure, not another AI wrapper.

The Role

This is the Perusahaan's Pertama dedicated UX hire. You'll be the person who walks through every flow, notices every inconsistency, and asks \"but what happens when a user does this?\" before customers do.

You'll work under the direction of the CEO and Head of Engineering, who set product priorities. Your job is to make the product better every day: reviewing flows, identifying friction, creating wireframes and design improvements, documenting UX patterns, and serving as the Terakhir line of defense for product quality before features ship.

You'll be supported by AI tooling for spec writing, research synthesis, and documentation — so the role is focused on the judgment and craft that AI can't replace: genuine user empathy, visual and interaction design instincts, and a relentless eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Product QA & User Experience Review : Before every release, put the product through its paces as a real user would. Identify broken flows, confusing states, missing affordances, and usability regressions. Document issues clearly with screenshots, screen recordings, and reproduction steps.
• UX Design & Improvement : Create wireframes, mockups, and interaction designs for new features and improvements. Map user flows end-to-end and identify where complexity can be reduced. Develop and maintain a lightweight design system and consistent interaction patterns across the product.
• UX Documentation & Pattern Library : Document existing UX patterns, screen states, and design decisions. Maintain a living reference that the engineering team can use to build consistently. Flag inconsistencies and propose standardized solutions.
• User Feedback Synthesis : Organize and structure feedback from design partner calls and client conversations into clear, actionable UX issues. Translate user pain points into design improvements.
• Collaboration with Engineering : Provide engineering with clear, implementable design specs. Review implemented features against designs and flag discrepancies. Participate in sprint planning to ensure UX considerations are accounted for in scoping.
