Posisi PURPOSE

The End-to-End Supply Planning Specialist for the Excel ID portfolio at UPL is responsible for developing, aligning, and executing supply plans across the full value chain to ensure product availability, inventory optimization, and efficient supply execution. This role connects demand, production, procurement, inventory, and distribution activities to support customer service, business continuity, and operational efficiency.

The role requires strong planning discipline, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to proactively manage supply risks, capacity constraints, and inventory trade-offs in a dynamic business environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the end-to-end supply plan for the Excel ID portfolio, ensuring alignment from raw materials to finished goods availability.
• Translate demand forecasts into executable supply, production, and material plans.
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams on production scheduling, capacity planning, and campaign execution.
• Partner with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials, intermediates, and packaging materials.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, bulk, and finished goods.
• Identify supply risks, constraints, and shortages, and drive mitigation and contingency plans.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Commercial, Logistics, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Participate in S&OP and S&OE processes to support supply-demand balancing and decision-making.
• Manage and maintain planning activities in SAP, with strong hands-on expertise in SAP to ensure accurate master data, planning execution, and reporting reliability.
• Track key supply chain KPIs and drive continuous improvement in service, inventory, and planning effectiveness.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Chemistry, or related field
• 7–10 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or integrated supply chain
• Experience in agrochemical, chemical, or crop protection industries preferred
• Strong knowledge of MRP, MPS, S&OP, and inventory planning
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in SAP (MM/PP module). Experience in SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
