SEO Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research specific to the Indonesian market, especially in financial and trading niches.

• Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.

• Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages to boost organic search performance.

• Monitor and analyze SEO results through Google Search Console, GA4, and other industry-standard tools.

• Create regular SEO reports with insights and recommendations.

• Stay ahead of search trends, Google algorithm changes, and competitor activities in the financial sector.

• Manage safe and regulation-compliant link-building campaigns.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical SEO issues, including crawling, indexing, and site speed.

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of SEO experience (financial, investment, or e-commerce industries preferred).

• Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

• Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).

• Solid understanding of search intent and Indonesian user behavior.

• Familiarity with local financial/trading regulations is a plus.

• Excellent SEO-friendly writing and editing skills in Bahasa Indonesia.

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in Mobile SEO / App Store Optimization (ASO).

• Hands-on experience managing SEO for highly competitive financial keywords.

• Good command of English (reading & writing).
