Job Description:
Manage warranty claim administration and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Also monitor claim approval and settlement to minimize risks and costs
Monitor and enhance dealer service readiness and overall performance
Design and implement service policies and programs. Conduct performance analysis and process optimization. Also perform market surveys, competitor benchmarking, and customer care initiatives.
Implement tools and equipment standardization across dealer networks. Ensure proper execution of service processes and aftersales policies.
Develop and distribute service bulletins to dealer networks
Organize and facilitate dealer meetings to align service strategies and address issues.
Align fleet service operations including warranty, training, and dealer engagement. Provide tailored support to corporate fleet customers.
Manage partnerships with vendors providing emergency roadside assistance (ERA). Ensure vendor performance meets service quality standards.
Coordinate with installation vendors for EV wall charging solutions. Oversee warranty and aftersales support for charging equipment.
Plan and execute recall campaigns and customer service campaigns. Monitor effectiveness and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct induction training for new dealers on service processes, warranty, and aftersales policies.
Oversee adjudication and administration of Free Service claims. Ensure claim validation, accuracy, and timely processing.
