Shift Engineer

JOB PURPOSE:

Control and optimize all aspects of the production process in shift time to achieve output and quality targets, determine quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes, assess processes, take measurements, interpret data, and improve method process to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, sustainability and maximize profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage manpower production for production process that ensure the availabilty of Chief Operator in Shift Time.

• Inspection and control raw material before drawing to avoid the problem during process.

• Control and optimize production process related operation method.

• Control and adjust (setting) equipment process parameter that parameter value meet standard (requirement) & reject reduction.

• Maintain and protect the process and solve the problem to reduce the downtime and production running stable.

• Interpretation data to analyze abnormal parameter of fiber optic to complete and provide suggestion to do improvement.

• Delivering the training process based on SOP to Operator.

• Carry out operational activities and effectiveness in accordance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System and Occupational Health & Safety Management System.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Background Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelors Degree (S1) in any field (Engineering), preferably Industry, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical.

• Has a minimum 1 year of experience in process engineering.

• Having basic knowledge of Fiber Optic Technology/Manufacturing.

• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel (Pivot Table and custom function) and Access

• PDCA, QC7 tools, Lean manufacturing

• Willing to work in shift.
