The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

  • Membuat jadwal untuk proses pengambilan barang oleh kurir
  • Mengawasi proses pengiriman/pengambilan barang
  • Menentukan zona pengiriman/pengambilan barang
  • Mengawasi proses masuk dan keluar barang hingga ke bagian 3PL (penyedia jasa logistik)/kurir
  • Mengawasi proses penyortiran dan distribusi barang

Requirements:

  • Memiliki ijazah SMA/SMK, Diploma, atau Gelar Sarjana di bidang apapun
  • Memiliki 1-2 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang logistik/supply chain atau sejenis
  • Memahami seluruh proses dalam pergudangan dan pengiriman
  • Bersedia untuk bekerja dalam shift
  • Domisili atau bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh area DKI Jakarta
