Shipping Logistic Staff (Mandarin and English Speaker)

Job Descriptions 主要工作职责:

• Responsible for the shipment scheduling of the company; ship-to-shore communication and tracking of freight movement and execution (负责公司承租船舶的具体航次调度；船岸沟通，跟踪船舶航次执行情况)

• According to the MOU, follow up the business progress and completion, monitor the dynamics of the ship and cargo, and coordinate with business personnel on related tasks (根据合同要求，跟进业务进展和完成，跟踪船和货的动态，配合协调业务人员相关工作)

• Resolve issues that arise during the execution of shipments, communicate with relevant parties immediately to ensure smooth execution (解决航次执行过程中出现的问题，及时和相关方沟通，保证航次顺利执行)

• Review of documents involved in the arrival and departure of ships from the port (船舶抵、离港涉及文件单证的审核)

• Manage the payment, statistics, and settlement of various shipping-related fees; handle final payments and disputes after the shipment ends (船舶各项费用的支付，统计和结算；航次结束后尾款和争议的处理)

• Complete other tasks as assigned by the company (完成公司安排的其他工作)

Qualifications and Requirements 履历经验要求: 

• Male/Female, maximum age is 40 (性别不限，年龄要求40岁以下)

• Bachelor degree (S1) in International Trading, Export Import or related major (本科及以上学历，国际贸易或物流相关专业)

• Experience in a logistics, shipping, export, document control, trade compliance role through at least a minimum of 2 years related experience in sea freight and freight forwarder (熟悉海运物流及单证业务，具备船运公司工作经验2年及以上)

• Fluency in Mandarin (Preferred) and Active English (优先中文及英文口语流利)

• Excellent understanding, communication, organization and coordination skills, relationship building skills, and strong sense of teamwork (具备良好的理解能力、沟通能力及组织协调能力，社交能力和团队合作意识强）

• Hard-working, honest and trustworthy, conscientious in work, strong sense of responsibility, restrictions may be relaxed appropriately for those with excellent conditions (吃苦耐劳，诚实守信，工作认真，责任感强，条件优秀者可适当放宽限制)

• Willing to travel for a business trip to Morowali Site (根据工作需要到苏拉威西工作)
