• Create and schedule content posts on the companys official social media accounts (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).

• Write captions, copywriting, and relevant hashtags.

• Assist the design team in creating visual content when needed.

• Monitor engagement, respond to follower questions or comments.

• Stay updated on social media trends and propose creative promotional campaign ideas.

• Document company activities that can be used as content.

• Manage and update the product catalog on marketplace platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee).

• Ensure product descriptions, photos, and prices are always accurate and up to date.

• Handle customer chats or inquiries on marketplace platforms.

• Process orders: from confirmation, printing shipping labels, to updating delivery status.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports related to sales and stock.

• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability.

• Participate in promotional programs or campaigns organized by marketplace platforms.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum education: High school (SMA/SMK); Diploma (D3) or Bachelors degree (S1) in Administration, Communication, Marketing, or Visual Communication Design is a plus.

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a social media admin.

• Familiar with using platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok / or as an online store admin (Tokopedia, Shopee).

• Understands social media content trends and able to generate content ideas relevant to the companys products (diesel engines, agricultural tools, ships).

• Basic photo/video editing skills (using Canva, CapCut, or other editing software).

• Able to collaborate with PPC, warehouse, marketing & sales teams.

• Understands how marketplace platforms work: product uploads, stock updates, and promotion settings.

• Detail-oriented and thorough in inputting product data and pricing.

• Proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets.

• Good communication skills to handle customer chats.
