- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Create, edit (reels), and publish high-quality and engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and ranking on search engines.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.
- Manage and oversee social media content, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to ensure cohesive brand representation across all channels.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, tools, and technologies.
- Engage with social media followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.
- Conduct audience and buyer persona research to tailor content and strategies effectively.
- Create and manage an editorial calendar to ensure timely publication of content.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, media, and other stakeholders to enhance brand presence.
- Provide regular reports on social media performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Handle other relevant tasks as needed.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist and Content Creator or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
- Strong content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video production.
- Experience with audience and buyer persona research.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills and team player.
- Good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.
