Social Media Producer

Responsibilities:

• Possesses strong leadership and communication skills.

• Develop short- and long-term social media content strategies aligned with the brands vision.

• Oversee all stages of production, from ideation, pre-production, production, to post-production.

• Ensure storytelling quality, visual style, and content tone meet brand standards and resonate with the target audience.

• Analyze content performance regularly and make data-driven strategic decisions.

• Ensure content is published on time, relevant to trends, and supports campaign goals.

• Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and communications teams to ensure cross-platform integration.

• Train, mentor, and build the capacity of the content production team.

• Manage production budgets and prioritize based on content effectiveness and impact.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in digital content production, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

• Deep understanding of content strategies and algorithms for YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms.

• Proven portfolio of creative content with high engagement and measurable brand impact.

• Strong in production planning, storytelling, and capable of assessing high visual/audio quality.

• Proficient in production tools (camera, audio, lighting) and editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or other modern tools.

• Excellent leadership skills, capable of managing a team and delivering projects under tight deadlines.

• Creative, trend-aware, and with a deep understanding of social media audiences.

• Experience in media, creative, entertainment, or agency industries is a plus.
