Social Media Specialist

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for the digital world? Were looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our growing team and take the lead in managing and elevating our brand presence on Social Media!

• What Youll Do:

✔ Develop and implement strategic content plans to boost brand awareness, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram growth

✔ Manage the end-to-end content creation process — from concept development and scripting to coordination, publishing, and scheduling

✔ Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g. reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR) to optimize results

✔ Maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice and visual identity across all content and platforms

✔ Stay updated on social trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to uncover new growth opportunities

• Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Multimedia Arts/Design, or a related field

- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management (F&B industry experience is a plus)

- Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply

- Strong understanding of the F&B/restaurant industry, digital trends, and consumer behavior

- Proficient in social media platforms (especially TikTok & Instagram), basic photo and video editing tools, and performance analytics
