About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer In Test to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical expert leading the development, testing, and maintenance of testing simulators for our digital technology asset development projects

Key Responsibilitie

• s:Technical Leadership: Serve as the core technical expert in the development, testing, and maintenance of test simulators within digital asset development project
• s.Quality Assurance: Conduct in-depth design and code reviews for simulator components to guarantee code quality, efficiency, and scalabilit
• y.Scenario Review: Review and analyze test scenarios closely related to the test simulator
• s.Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues concerning simulator performance, accuracy, and overall functionalit
• y.Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the application development team to define testing simulator strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverag
• e.Strategic Advisory: Provide technical insights, risk assessments, and recommendations to project management and application development teams regarding simulator optimizatio
• n.Project Support: Support other technical tasks within the digital asset ecosystem that require expert-level simulator development knowledg

Requirements & Qualificatio

• ns:Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical fie
• ld.Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a Programmer or in an equivalent role focused on test simulator development, particularly in large-scale projec
• ts.Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of principles, methodologies, and best practices in test simulator developme
• nt.Industry Preference: Strong preference for candidates with experience building simulators for the financial sector or high-precision environmen
• ts.Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java, along with hands-on experience using simulator frameworks or librari
• es.Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in Indonesian and/or Engli
