About the role

We are seeking an experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at Tirta Ayu Spa in East Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality spa treatments and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

What youll be doing

  • Perform a range of relaxing and rejuvenating spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and wraps

  • Provide personalised customer service and guide clients through their spa experience

  • Maintain a clean and organised treatment room, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked and in good condition

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest spa industry trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills

  • Contribute to the overall success and positive reputation of Tirta Ayu Spa

What were looking for

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a qualified Spa Therapist

  • Proficient in performing a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments

  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to exceeding client expectations

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean and organised work environment

  • A passion for the spa and beauty industry and a desire to continually expand your knowledge and skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
