Scoop Of Work :
Decode client briefs and turn them into actionable insights
Break down the brief for Planners, 2D/3D creatives, and Ops Team
Create a clear "shopping list" of deliverables for the creative team
Co-lead brainstorms and translate ideas into operational plans and pitch decks
Craft budget, RABs, and project cash flows
Present confidently to clients with clarity and conviction
Bridge internal and external communications seamlessly
Lead and brief the ops team to ensure flawless execution
Monitor budgets like a hawk
oversee on-ground events from setup to wrap-up
Requirement :
Prior experience as an Sr. account executive
Preference will be given to those who have experience in Agency Field Marketing (Sampling Selling, Events, Motorists, branding, etc.)
strong communication skills-both with clients and teams
familiar with field marketing and event landscapes (sampling, selling, roadshows, canvassing, etc)
presentation skills that sell ideas, not just slides
confident team leadership and coordination
Professional attitude with a-get it-done mindset
Detail-oriented and fast-paced
A natural problem-solver-under pressure
proficient in building decks and detailed budget (including RABs)
