We are NCR Group (NCR Sport, Starting Lane, RechampX, Hoops Point), a multi-brand urban sportswear ecosystem. Established since 2012, weve been helping Indonesian families to be more healthy by connecting them with urban sportswear that supports active lifestyle.

DataBridge Market Research projects a 7,16% growth rate for the sports apparel market in Indonesia from 2025 to 2032. The market itself was valued 3,25 USD Billion in 2024. The market is growing fast, and thus, were also growing fast.

We have 13 offline stores in Bandung, Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, and Bekasi, and were planning to expand further to other major cities in Indonesia in the next 1-2 years.

Were looking for an exceptional Sr. Finance & Accounting to join our young, ambitious, and dynamic team. In this full-time role, youll support the overall financial operations and reporting of the company.

What youll be doing

  • Overseeing all financial record-keeping, including daily transactions, cash flow, bank statements, assets, and tax documents.

  • Preparing monthly and yearly reports.

  • Reconciling bank statements, inventories, account payables, account receivables, and other accounts.

  • Creating and maintaining proper and clear SOP for the whole team.

What were looking for

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting.

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the Retail or Distributor company.

  • Proficient in preparing full financial reports (balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow).

  • Proficient in the use of accounting software (Accurate, Jurnal.id, SAP, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues.

  • Ability to lead a team would be a plus.

  • Willing to work in our office in Bandung, West Java.

  • Willing to work from Monday-Friday (10.00-18.00) and Saturday (10.00-15.00).
