Sr Merchandiser (Beauty - Demand Planner & Forecaster) - Female Daily Studio

Female Daily Studio is the in-house beauty commerce arm of Female Daily Network, Indonesias largest beauty platform. We curate and collaborate with leading beauty brands to deliver exclusive launches, engaging campaigns, and seamless shopping experiences across online and offline channels.

Through FD Studio, we bring the best of beauty to our community — combining data-driven strategies, content-powered commerce, and event activations like XBeauty by Female Daily   to connect brands with beauty lovers nationwide.

Job Descriptions: 

• Develop short- and long-term sales forecasts by SKU/brand/category using historical data, trends, and seasonality 

• Collaborate with Brand Managers to align forecasts with marketing campaigns and new product launches 

• Build demand plans for events (e.g., XBeauty, pop-ups, warehouse sales) to ensure optimal inventory levels 

• Monitor and analyze inventory across all channels (online, offline, events) to prevent overstock or stockout 

• Propose replenishment and stock transfer plans to maximize availability and minimize excess 

• Review SKU-level performance to identify bestsellers, slow movers, and areas for improvement 

• Support product assortment planning based on consumer behavior and sales trends 

• Create dashboards and reports to track forecast accuracy, sell-through rates, and event performance 

Requirements: 

• Relevant experience in beauty, FMCG, fashion retail, or consumer goods industries 

• Experience in multi-channel environments (offline stores, e-commerce, marketplace, events) is a strong advantage 

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset 

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities 

• Proactive and has a strong sense of ownership 

• Willing to participate in on-ground events
