Staf Document Operations EXIM

Currently #HOGOShippingIndonesia is seeking a staff for Document Operation Export Import to join our dynamic team at PT. HOGO Shipping Indonesia at Cakung, East Jakarta.

About the role

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of our freight forwarding operations, ensuring seamless logistics and transportation services for our clients.

What youll be doing

• Handling and checking export import documents

• Handling and checking Invoice, B/L, PIB/PEB, SPBB, COO, INV, PL

• Monitoring partner agent

• Communication with customers and partner agent

• Creating invoice for customers

• Create daily, weekly and monthly report

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

• Experience in import-export field is preferred

• Proficiency in Mandarin language (prioritized)

• Proficiency in English language

• Good personality and communication skills

• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and having high initiative

• Adaptable and quick learner.

• Can join immediately

• Understand about exim document

• Able to work fast

• Willing to be disturbed outside office hours

• Able to work under pressure

• Able to work with teams and individuals
