Responsibilities

• Lead and support the daily operations of the boutique

• Ensure world-class customer service and deliver a memorable in-store experience

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI expectations

• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the sales team

• Plan shift schedules and allocate daily operational tasks

• Maintain store visual standards and stock levels in line with brand guidelines

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

• Prepare operational reports and communicate with HQ when required

• Build strong customer relationships and promote brand loyalty

Requirements

• Previous experience in F&B, luxury, or retail industry

• Proven leadership experience (Store Manager or Supervisor/Assistant level)

• Strong communication and people management skills

• Fluent in English (spoken & written)

• Customer-oriented, proactive and hands-on attitude

• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

• Passionate about premium products and retail excellence
