Job Description

  • Understand and able to lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of team members.
  • Executing all operations and services with respect to organizational SOPs and standards.
  • Able to open and close the restaurant and run all aspects of the daily operations in the service division.
  • Responsible for studying and tracking sales, controlling cost of goods, labor costs as well as other restaurant expenses.
  • Striving for Excellence in achieving and maintaining the standards of quality, as well as being innovative for significant growth of the business and brand.

Job Qualification

  • Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent is a must.
  • Have at least 2 years experience as team leader/manager in F&B industry (restaurant, casual dining, fast food).
  • Should be highly motivated and self-driven with strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
  • Strong leadership, decision making, interpersonal skill and can work under pressure.
  • Strategic thinker and target oriented.
  • Customer oriented with hands-on retail or restaurant operations exposure; ability to understand financial reports.
  • Willing to be relocated to other outlets.
  • Well-groomed and presentable.
