STORE MANAGER - MICHAEL KORS JAKARTA

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, reporting and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude. 

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain good sales performance goals to increase profitability

• Hire, train, and assess store employees productivity and performance

• Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store

• Reporting and administrative, solving problem with data based driven and relevant action plan

• Oversee stock and store operations

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree education or equivalent experience

• Experience in Retail Fashion as Store Manager position is a must

• Experience in Luxury or High-End Fashion Industry is a must

• Strong understanding in sales KPI matrix and how to increase/improve it with relevant action plan

• Strong leadership, ability to set and building a highly productive team to achieve company goals

• Excellent communication and problem solving skils

• 5+ years store management experience

• Customer centric with a positive attitude
