Job Description:

• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide good customer service.

• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and displaying products.

• Implement promotions and marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.

• Handle customer issues and ensure satisfactory resolutions.

• Manage sales reports, inventory, and other store performance metrics.

• Collaborate with the management team to achieve company goals.

• Preparing weekly and monthly reports to be reported to superiors.
