As a Strategic Analyst in Minergo, YOU ARE SHAPING THE FUTURE OF MINING TECHNOLOGY
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Management, or related fields.
1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst (IT/digital transformation projects preferred).
Strong understanding of mining industry processes (Fleet Management, Hauling Systems, etc. is a plus).
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology (a plus).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple urgent feature requests.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between clients, stakeholders, and project teams to manage expectations and resolve gaps.
Provide data-driven insights to support managerial decision-making.
Deliver strategic reports to management, including risk analysis and improvement recommendations.
Manage and prioritize feature backlogs with the Developer Squad Leader and Management to ensure project objectives are met.
Coordinate with Developer Squads and operational teams to ensure feature implementation meets specifications.
Assist in preparing project progress reports related to requirements and features.
