Superintendent - Reliability, Plant Improvement
The Plant Improvement Project Superintendent is responsible for identifying, planning, executing, and monitoring plant improvement initiatives focused on enhancing equipment performance, process efficiency, energy optimization, safety, and cost-effectiveness. The role involves cross-functional coordination, project management, and hands-on technical involvement to ensure timely completion of improvement projects aligned with business objectives. Data analysis of equipment Reliability with a focus to ensure equipment health.
Requirement
Graduate Engineer in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or higher in a relevant equivalent field, along with relevant certifications or specialized training
5-10 years of experience in, project execution and construction, reliability improvement, plant operations roles.
Prior experience in heavy industries such as mining, metals, chemicals, or cement is desirable.
5-10 Year experience in application of Condition Monitoring Technics Possessing a strong understanding of CBM technologies, equipment, and maintenance practices.
Understanding of process / hot metal plant maintenance and reliability
Equipment and system expertise
Experience leading maintenance shutdown activities.
Familiarity with root cause analysis (RCA) and failure investigation techniques.
Training in maintenance best practices such as RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance) or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
Ability to mentor and train junior maintenance staff.
