Supervisor for Property Services

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine inspections at Plaza Senayan to uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across female restrooms, public areas, landscaping, pest control, gondola operations, and waste management.
• Support building management during emergencies and evacuation procedures, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Handle complaints from tenants and visitors regarding cleanliness in a professional and timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred
• Good English skill (spoken and written)
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Service-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-disciplined, quick to learn, detail-oriented, a team player, and creative
• Willing to work on public holidays and on a shift schedule
