Supervisor Operasional TikTok

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the operations of the TikTok account in Indonesia, build the e-cigarette brand account from scratch, develop and execute strategies to increase awareness, followers, and engagement.

2. Design and produce engaging short video content about e-cigarettes tailored to the Indonesian market, including product showcases, usage tutorials, flavor reviews, scriptwriting, filming, and editing.

3. Analyze TikTok algorithms and trends, optimize posting time, titles, and hashtags to maximize exposure, while ensuring compliance with TikToks content policies related to e-cigarettes.

4. Monitor account performance (views, likes, comments, shares), conduct data analysis, and adjust strategies to improve promotional effectiveness.

5. Build collaborations with influencers, KOLs, and related partners for promotional campaigns, expanding brand reach and product sales.

6. Monitor competitor activity on TikTok, gather market insights, and provide analysis and recommendations to the company.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Digital Marketing, Management/Business, or Communications.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in TikTok operations, with proven success in building an account from scratch; understanding of the Indonesian TikTok market and the e-cigarette industry is a plus.

3. Proficient in video editing applications (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects), with the ability to independently create and edit video content with strong creativity and aesthetics.

4. Strong understanding of Indonesian culture, market, popular trends, and consumer habits; knowledge of e-cigarette regulations, and ability to produce content suited to the local market.

5. Strong data analysis skills to interpret user behavior and market trends, supporting operational decision-making.

6. Effective communication skills, able to collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure smooth promotional projects.

7. Bonus points for fluency in Mandarin.
