Supervisor Produksi

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely while maintaining high-quality standards and team coordination on the production floor.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities on the factory floor

• Ensure production runs according to schedule and meets target output

• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with SOPs

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports

• Identify and resolve production issues promptly

• Lead, coach, and develop the production team

• Enforce safety standards and implement 5S/5R practices in the production area

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry

• Strong understanding of production processes and team management

• Proficient in production tools and reporting software (e.g., Excel)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
