Supervisor Quality Assurance (Audit)

Role:

• Assists audit teams in ensuring that audit reports issued are in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK), OJK regulations and/or International Financial Accounting Standards (IFRS).

• Provides guidance and trainings related to PSAK, IFRS, OJK regulations and any relevant updates that may impact the Firms practice, policies and procedures.

• Provides consultation on audit and accounting treatment of complex issues.

• Facilitates roll out of internal annual trainings to continually develop professional skills of audit personnel.

• Monitors audit teams compliance with the Firms audit methodology, auditing and accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Understands and follows Firms policies and procedures.

• Carries out any other duties as required by the position.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree major in Accounting, with minimum GPA of 3.0 (out of 4.00), graduated from reputable university.

• Minimum of 6 years working experience from a reputable public accounting firm.

• Have a professional integrity and good character

• Strong knowledge and good understanding in PSAK and IFRS

• With experience in audit of listed companies and consolidation

• Familiar with the regulatory and reporting environment (i.e., OJK) and tax regulations

• Have an excellent analytical skill

• Strong interpersonal and communication skill

• Hardworking, proactive, energetic, highly motivated and able to work in a team or individually

• Ability to support and mentor/coach staff

• Disciplined and with positive attitude

• Fluent in Bahasa & English (verbal and written)
