Supervisor Refinery

About the role

As a Supervisor Refinery at yuni bersaudara sejahtera, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our refinery located in Riau. This full-time position involves leading and coordinating a team of skilled professionals to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our manufacturing processes.

What youll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of refinery personnel to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards

2. Monitor and optimise refinery operations, identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks

3. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

4. Provide training and guidance to refinery team members to support their professional development

5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement

6. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to refinery activities

7. Assist in the planning and implementation of maintenance and shutdown schedules

What were looking for

1. Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing or logistics environment

2. Strong technical knowledge of refinery operations, equipment and processes

3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically

4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams

5. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of professionals

6. Proficient in using relevant software and data analysis tools

7. Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards
